1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pd33 platform, including the website at pd33.bio, all associated sports betting and casino products, payment services, promotional offers and customer support (collectively, the "Platform"). They form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "You") and pd33 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

pd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the Platform after notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain a pd33 account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pd33 enforces a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks as part of KYC. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all deposited funds returned.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of a pd33 employee or any affiliated company.
• You must not already hold a pd33 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. If a previous account was closed by pd33 for a breach of these Terms, you may not open a new account without written permission from pd33 support.
• You must use the Platform for personal entertainment only. Commercial, professional or automated betting activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pd33 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. pd33 will never ask for your full password through any channel.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify pd33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• pd33 will not be liable for losses from unauthorised account use where you have failed to keep credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.
• You must log out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pd33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change; current limits are shown in the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). pd33 must verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. KYC documents must be submitted within 72 hours of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide required documents will suspend the request until documentation is received.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• pd33 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending investigation where fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Any fees charged by your bank, mobile banking provider or card issuer in connection with a deposit or withdrawal are your sole responsibility.
• pd33 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly to players. Any processing costs are absorbed by pd33 except where explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pd33 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and seasonal promotions including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup special offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before converting to withdrawable cash.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible real-money bets before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any unconverted bonus funds at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a wagering-free withdrawal, or using automated software — will result in account closure, forfeiture of all bonus funds and reversal of bonus-derived withdrawals.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pd33 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within each relevant section of the pd33 sportsbook and take precedence over these general rules where any conflict arises.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. All bets are final once the confirmation screen has been displayed. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a data or system error, pd33 reserves the right to void it and return the stake.
• pd33 may void any bet where a manifest error has occurred, including incorrect odds caused by a feed error, system malfunction or human error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned in full.
• In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event, particularly following significant match events such as wickets in cricket, goals in football or interruptions to the live stream.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all markets and are displayed when placing a bet. pd33 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any account without prior notice.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your real-money balance promptly after settlement. Winnings from bets funded by bonus funds will remain in the bonus wallet until wagering requirements are met.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pd33. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one pd33 account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using any automated software, bot or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate any game, match or event outcome, or to exploit bonuses through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, match fixing or other criminal activity in connection with activity on pd33.

8. Casino Games

All casino games on pd33 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and fish shooting games — use independently audited RNG systems certified for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. All casino game outcomes are determined before or at the moment of play; pd33 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes after play commences.

• Casino games are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. pd33 facilitates access to these games but is not the game manufacturer.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified physical processes conducted by professional dealers in regulated studio environments. pd33 cannot alter live dealer game outcomes.
• pd33 reserves the right to remove, suspend or replace any game title at any time without notice, including where a provider withdraws a title from its catalogue.

9. Responsible Gaming

pd33 is committed to responsible gaming and offers a suite of player protection tools to all registered accounts, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools can be activated via the responsible gaming section of your account or by contacting pd33 support.

• pd33 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships or mental health, use pd33's self-exclusion tool or contact pd33 support immediately.
• pd33 will never knowingly allow a self-excluded player to open a new account or continue gambling during a self-exclusion period.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break may use the time-out feature, which suspends betting and casino access for a chosen period without permanently closing the account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pd33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, payment processing delays or account suspension.

pd33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform availability. Where Platform downtime or technical issues prevent you from placing or settling a bet, pd33's sole obligation is to return any stake placed on an affected unresolved bet.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

pd33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including age misrepresentation, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct or providing false registration information.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match fixing or any other criminal activity connected to the pd33 Platform.
• A player's voluntary request for account closure. You may close your pd33 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring pd33 to suspend or close one or more player accounts.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pd33 Platform — including the pd33 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images and data compilations — is the property of pd33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pd33 content without prior written consent. You must not use any pd33 trademark or trade name in a manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages pd33.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pd33 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pd33 support will be referred to binding arbitration. pd33 will make every reasonable effort to resolve player disputes fairly and promptly. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint may do so by contacting pd33 support and clearly identifying the nature of their complaint. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising from your use of pd33 must be filed within one year of the date the claim arose; claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
